    FOUNDER
    INTERIOR DESIGN

    Shawna is a registered interior designer with over 30 years of experience working at all scales— from leading corporate campus workplace design to managing every aspect of a kitchen renovation.

    Mari, her middle name, means truth in Japanese. Moto means source and also suggests acceleration or moving forward. Similar to her namesake, Shawna helps move her clients through the creative process to define their own truth in design, whatever it may be.

  • Drew Jones, PhD

    WORKPLACE STRATEGY

    Drew is an anthropologist, former business school professor, and experienced management consultant with 25 years of global consulting experience.

    He has taught in business schools in the US and UK for over a decade, and was a founding partner of the workplace strategy consultancy, OpenWork Agency. With OpenWork, he led workplace transformation projects throughout the US and in Asia, Africa, the Middle East, and Latin America.

    His book—Executive Anthropology: A Mindset for Human-Centered Leadership— was released in April, 2025.

    Jay is a registered architect with more than 25 years of experience.

    He is the founder of JBA Architects, working on a variety of projects in healthcare, educational, institutional, and large-scale commercial projects.

    Carolyn is an identity designer, experience designer, and strategist.

    She is co-founder of ICDB, an award-winning design studio specializing in publications and environments.
